The Ideal or the Idol
Anyone who has entered the educational arena knows that this profession is definitely a calling, whether in the public, private, or even the home setting. Payment for this vocation--whether paid at the top public salary schedule or a mother choosing to include education as one of her many roles in the lives of her children--will never fully compensate the individual for his or her investment of energy. Investments of this magnitude can come only from a calling on one’s life. Hymnals as Readers
In a hymnal, you will find deep spiritual truth in bite-sized chunks, and most of it is even split into single syllables! Using a hymnal as a reader will give you many topics to discuss with your child. There are vivid word pictures, new and old vocabulary, examples of doctrine and theology, and sometimes even matching scripture readings.  The repetition of the words in the chorus provides a wonderful feeling of success since the child reads the same words over and over.

It is possible that toxins encountered in one environment can affect the birds in another environment, after they arrive on their breeding grounds.
