Brad lives in Olathe, Kansas, and is the Chair of the Division of Health and Exercise Sciences. He and his wife were homeschool parents for their two children from grade 5 through high school graduation. In 2000, he started the Metro Academy Sports Organization for Homeschooled athletes in the Kansas City metro area.
